Our Estimating Procedures

We will make an appointment for the owners of the company to meet with you and walk through your facility noting any special cleaning needs or concerns that you may have. Within a few days, you will be provided with a written proposal for janitorial maintenance with a detailed scope of work. Upon approval of the proposal, we will immediately schedule a time to finalize the paperwork and details and commence cleaning at your convenience.
