At We Clean Everything, Inc., we know that our success depends on employees who have a strong desire to provide quality service that will keep our customer’s facilities at a high level of cleanliness and, therefore, keep our customers satisfied. We provide training, a competitive hourly wage and bonuses paid based on performance. We also offer nightly work shifts that will accommodate schooling or child care. We offer part-time or full-time positions working as a janitorial crew member or providing carpet cleaning and hard floor maintenance.

Our nightly shifts run from:
6:00 pm to 3:00 am Monday through Friday
4:30 pm to 1:30 am Saturday and Sunday

We run two crews each night. The crews meet each evening at our shop which is centrally located in Boise. The crew supervisor will drive the five or six crew members to each of the locations on that night’s route. They work as a team to perform the dusting, vacuuming, mopping, garbage removal and bathroom cleaning. Changing responsibilities at each location allows for a variety of duties and keeps morale high.
